Returns & Replacements — ecobub™ nipple shields

For hygiene and safety reasons, ecobub nipple shields are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If your shield is defective, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ecobub.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. 

If the return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and replacement instructions. Returned items will be inspected. If the product shows damage caused by misuse (such as overstretching) rather than a manufacturing fault, the replacement will not be issued.

Refunds are provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. in the case of a major fault).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
